My name is Emylight Jacob Mshiu, live in Dar-es-saalam and I am the coordinator in Tanzania.

I believe that all human being are connected to each other all around the world. I recognized that especially young people are facing many kind of challenges. Therefore,  for almost six years I am looking for opportunities to integrate my skills and knowledge for a positive change to empower the youth.

Hello, my name is Wisdom and I am from Accra. I am the coordinator in Ghana.
Our world is flooding with talents from all categories of ages.
What we are mostly lacking is the connections and helping hands to help bring the ideas to reality.
My reasons for being part of Namen*&Los (be.connected) is to create a network atmosphere to help empower, support and create favorable opportunities peoples from all walks of life.

In 2018, I worked in Tanzania as a project assistant in the areas of environment and education. On site, I got to know Emylight. In close cooperation and exchange, we developed ideas to tackle economic and social challenges. Namen*&Los (be.connected) offers us the platform to share our personal and professional experiences and to implement our ideas directly.

So far I came across many great people who have a lot of talent but do not have the financial or organisational possibilities to use their talent for financing their livelihood. I believe that with a bit of support every person can get somewhere.
